Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions only:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of issue is required (photos or videos)

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Minor differences in color or size due to screen display

Return Shipping

  • A $1.99 flat return shipping fee applies
  • No restocking fee will be charged

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

If your order was not delivered:

  • You are eligible for a full refund or free reshipment
