Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions only:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of issue is required (photos or videos)
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Minor differences in color or size due to screen display
Return Shipping
- A $1.99 flat return shipping fee applies
- No restocking fee will be charged
Refunds
Once your return is approved:

If your order was not delivered:
